You may make your reservation by telephone or by e-mail.

If you would like to make a reservation outside of the operating reservation hours, please send us an email and we would happily call you to make the reservation.

Please note:

All reservations will be paid for before the stay.

All reservation confirmations will be sent through email or text-messages.

Please confirm all reservations details to ensure accurate information for a pleasant stay.

Children four years or under are exempt from paying. However, if the limit of persons is exceeded, it is mandatory that you pay 20,000 KRW per child.

When paying:

If the payment is not made 24 hours before the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled. If there is a problem that is causing a delay in your payment, please contact us with the problem and we will hold the reservation.

In the case of the guest name and the purchaser name is different, please contact us to through telephone, email, or leave a post on the message board to inform us.

Refund Policy

1 week before check-in date: 100% Refund

3-6 days before check-in date: 50% Refund

2 or less days before check-in date: No Refund

If you leave early before the original check-out date, there is no refund.

Long-term discounts

If you will be staying for over seven days, you will receive a discount based on the duration of your stay.

Over seven day: 5% discount

Over 14 days: 10% discount

30 + days: Please contact us to negotiate a deal.
